The cantilever device supports the steel roll and the open coil material, when the board volume weighs more than 6 tons, using the auxiliary supporting material.
The structure of the inner diameter of the steel coil is raised by hydraulic pressure.
Hydraulic control unroll roller lift, guarantee that the coil unpack and will not break free.
80N. M torque motor drives the steel roll, the motor can be turned on and off, making it easy for the customer to return the finished plate.
Mechanical structure: steel plate and shape steel welding.
The open coil removal device adopts hydraulic swing arm, and the control panel is released.

Leveling the host
The uneven steel plate is leveled and the steel tape is correctly entered
Mechanical construction: 19 leveling rolls, 2 support rolls, actuator, 2 clip roller and frame. Both sides of each roll are carried by double row roller bearing drive, all main power roller. Total roll number 21 rolls, roll diameter phi 80, roller is 95, with supporting roller.
Work rolls can be adjusted up and down to ensure the whole quality.
Drive mode: all rollers are driven by 55Kw dc motor through independent joint and gearbox
Roller processing process: raw material - toner - rough processing - hardened processing - precision grinding
